Basically, it's a month dedicated to highlighting the importance of a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and plenty of physical activity. This year's theme is "Eat Right with Color."

During the month of March, our blog will focus on providing resources to help you get involved with National Nutrition Month®. We will post a reading list, movie list, recipes, a guide to seasonal produce, and much more! Please feel free to ask questions and leave comments.
